Terms of Service
1.The service
nightwing.app turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video in the style of the Nightwing trend. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any person, creator, artist, athlete, club, brand, label, film or platform connected to the trend. Every video is AI-generated, and free previews carry a visible watermark.
2.AI models
The still frame is generated with GPT Image 2.5 (OpenAI) and the video with Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or ByteDance.
3.Prices and payment
Videos are paid with credit packs listed on the pricing page, in US dollars with tax included. Each pack is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record.
4.Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, nudity, or anyone you do not have permission to use. We may refuse photos that fail our safety checks.
5.Acceptable use
You may not use nightwing.app to create: (1) pornography, nudity or sexually suggestive content; (2) violence or gore; (3) hate speech or harassment; (4) any content involving minors in an unsafe or sexual way; (5) deepfakes or impersonation, such as putting one person’s face on another person’s body, making someone look like a different real person, or showing a celebrity or public figure doing something they never did; (6) non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): creating, sharing or threatening to share nude, sexual or other intimate images or videos of a real person without their consent, including fake or AI-generated ones; (7) content that infringes copyright or trademarks. Do not present the videos as real footage or use them to deceive anyone.
6.How we moderate
Before anything is generated, the prompt is screened by an automated content-safety check, and requests that fail are blocked. The image and video models then apply their own safety filters to your photo and to every frame they produce; anything they refuse is never delivered, and the credit is returned. Reports are reviewed by a person.
7.Reporting
To report a video that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with a link or description. We review every report within 2 business days, remove content that breaks the rules and reply to you with the outcome. If you think we blocked something by mistake, write to the same address to appeal.
8.Enforcement
If you break these terms we may delete the content, refuse further generations, forfeit unused credits obtained through abuse, and suspend or close your account.
9.Credits and refunds
One credit makes one standard video. Credits do not expire. If a video fails, the credit is returned automatically. For other refund requests contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase; there is no subscription to cancel.
10.Use of videos
You may share the videos you make. AI output can contain mistakes; do not use videos to impersonate or mislead people.
11.Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. AI results vary and may not look exactly like the examples. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
