Privacy Policy
1.What we collect
When you use nightwing.app we store your email address, the photos you upload and the videos we make for you. We also record how you found the site (referrer and campaign parameters) and which steps you took, to improve the product.
2.How we use and store your photo
Your photo is used only to create the video you asked for. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it. Uploaded photos are kept in private cloud storage and deleted automatically after 7 days.
3.Your videos
Finished videos are stored so you can download them later. Ask us to delete them at any time.
4.Who we share data with
Only the services needed to run the site: our AI generation providers (GPT Image 2.5 by OpenAI and Seedance 2.0 by ByteDance, reached through the API platform APIMart) receive your photo to make the video; Cloudflare stores files; Google handles sign-in if you choose it; Amazon SES sends our emails; Waffo, our merchant of record, processes payments. We never see your card details.
5.Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your email, photos and videos.
